LechazoConf 2018
A quick post after the lechazoconf. I think it went Ok (just Ok) but it’s hard for me to judge, I prefer to wait at least a week, close the budget and see all the reactions and feedback.
I just want to describe the conference in numbers:
- 16 talks sent to the Call for Papers
- 5 amazing volunteers
- 16.200€ in expenses (around, final number in a week)
- 12 speakers
- 247 attendees
- 822 new megabytes of files
- 110 brochettes
- 1351 (!) emails received or answered
- 10 hours and 55 minutes being trending topic
- thousands of tweets
- 0 ambulances called (-1 from one big event I organized)
- 0 press reporters
- 11.579€ spent in food and drinks (around)
- 1 web design (-2 from the previous lechazo!)
- 9 sponsors and 2 collaborators
- 0 speakers harmed the night before
- 161 new files on Google Drive
- 374 new followers
- 1 tweets demanding a bus to go to the conference
- 275 new tweets by the official twitter account
- 49.7% as the lowest open rate in an email campaign
- 0 failures of the slide remotes
- 10+ post-its :P
- Lots of videos
- 6 videos in Pantomina LechazoConf
- 200+ water bottles
- 84 tasks in trello (soon to be public)
- 1 Kubrick presenting, recording and writing AWESOME videos
- 14 email campaigns
- 2 blog posts by the sponsors
- 1 speaker confirmed for the next edition, our amazing @oyabun
- 1.222,10€ in returned tickets
- 209 responses to the feedback web page by @sirikon
- 1 amazing designer that shares all the resources
