Two weeks before the conference I wrote this post about what I thought it could go wrong. This time I was spot on. These were the 3 main issues:

Every Thursday I send an email to the whole office (about 50 people when I started, 90 now) with a list of the meetups we are hosting in our office.

About 60 people joined (Eventbrite), 8 canceled in the last minute, 52 were kept standing. 9 came.
